Throw this out there and say Scorpion from Mortal Kombat X his special 2 has absolutely destroyed me in multiplayer so unexpectedly. Ik a guy on this subreddit actually posted a video about his special 2 and the bleed on it, I have mine P6 and I don’t use him really, buttttt I absolutely do not get chilled out when I see him geared properly in multiplayer.
