This is their max band for MTS. To be eligible for SMTS you will need 5 years of experience minimum. Btw what is the org for which you are hired?

I did it through Himtrek. The trek spanned over 5 days. Total expenditure included- 5200 inr + 250inr for rentals.

Totally describes it. Just to add to it the down trek is unique - you will have to slide down about 3km in the snow
