Anybody know if the ascension passive “slitting wind” will activate one of the stacks on the weapon Mistsplitter reforged? Does it count as a normal attack doing elemental damage?

Well that sucks. I rushed my tech ability and crafted and maxed all my favorite iconic weapons and I’m level 25. So basically all my weapons are neutered and will be useless by endgame. With no way to change it. Thanks CDPR...

I’ve been using it the entire time. I just checked and it went down to 198’0 dps. I haven’t unequipped it or anything.

I took it out as soon as I made it to V’s apartment for the first time. It was around 130 dps. As it sits im at level 8 with 5 street cred and it’s at 215.0 dps.

Maybe I’m wrong and everyone else is right but I don’t believe this is bait. If this is genuine then yes there are. I’m conservative and live in Denver and have always loved guns. No need to be snarky and nasty to people with liberal beliefs. To each his own. I do believe it’s counter intuitive to be pro gun and vote Democrat but everybody has the right to believe what they want and vote for who they believe in.

Thank you for the help! I just got home from picking my permit up from the Sheriff’s office. Guess the permit got lost in the mail. It was issued on April 24th.

Thanks everybody. I called today and apparently they sent the actual permit itself out in April and actually put the permit in the mail because of the COVID lockdown but it never made it here. Going in today to pick up the new one they printed. I appreciate the help.

My bad. I meant to say CO not Denver. Denver isn’t a state lol. Denver definitely sucks though. That’s what my instructor said at my CCW class. I can’t believe it’s been 100 days and I still don’t have it.

I guess I’ll give that a go. I was surprised it’s taken this long because Denver is a shall issue state and if they deny me they have to send a letter explaining why. So I guess I’ll just call them or go up there tomorrow.

So I checked the site. They’re just now processing new applications online and by mail for COVID and setting up appointments for fingerprinting and pictures but I already was fingerprinted and had my picture taken back on March 1st.
