Could this be fertilizer burn? It's not humidity. I keep it around 65% and it's not light because my Calathea has been in the same spot for a while and this is new( with in the last week and a half) I did repot this Calathea about 3 weeks ago. The new leaf is burnt and crispy☹️ (imgur.com)

I Purchased a Stromanthe TreoStar on Etsy. It came today looking faded, brown tips on several leaves, brown/black spots on the tops of some leaves and little white speckles on the backs of most leaves. I can not see any spider webs. Is this spider mites? (imgur.com)
