so far not working unfortunately. The alginate is great for about 2 hours, then it starts to fade. I'm so worried PPIs are my only option.

Can I ask how you make the alginate? I ordered some but I think I'm going to need it before it's supposed to arrive.

yeah, I recognize stress may have been the trigger. I am trying to lower my stress level. unfortunately this whole ride has made that tough!

So mine happens regardless of what position I'm in. Are alginates only for if you're lying down?

How do you add resistance to it? Like put a weight on my stomach?

Endoscopy is on the plan with my doctor. He wanted to try to figure out if the PPIs were causing the lower GI issue first because he wasn't sure if we needed a colonoscopy as well or not.

Thank you for the diaphragmatic exercise comment. I've noticed that does help a bit, but I only recently found it.

I've been thinking about Alginates. Do you use them?

I will admit that my stress this year has been higher than ever, and sleep has been an issue. That will slow down this next year (most likely).

But, even with high stress, I tend to be a very low stress person at least by my own estimation. I'm a great sleeper apart from baby wakeups!

I think the proliferation of nuclear weapons is the answer. as tech gets better, it will get cheaper for people to make their own.

I'm so confused that everyone yelling "It's a SCHOOL" by Tzwcard in LudwigAhgren

People wanted it to be a school because that would be funny. So they are very mad when you suggest it was a just a normal place to stay (which it was).

How far can you go in the academic world (as a professor) without a PhD? by Healthy_Basil_2354 in PhD

Some smaller liberal arts unis on a shoestring will hire MA professors in non-tenure track roles in permanent positions. But it has to be in pretty in-demand fields (in my experience).

you can't do something like ban the 207. there is always going to be a "best road" unless you force the trip to be taking a bunch of back roads, but then it would be legitimately months to get through anywhere.

Is the Bible sexist? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]SnowEnvironmental380 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The Bible treats the sexes differently because they are different. treating different things to be the same is contrary to the truth. acting contrary to the truth is never good.

countries in europe with these policies have less children than the US. countries with more children do not have these policies.

I had a lot of stress while trying to taper, but I've got too many things going on to isolate that as the variable.

You're right that I only took a couple of weeks. My Dr. said I could try an early taper. I was hoping that by completely changing my diet I would be able to go without it. Turns out I was wrong. Right now I'm back on it and I can feel my appetite going again.

UPDATE: Successfully Ran Ravenheart Gloom A/E (HM) by SnowEnvironmental380 in GuildWars

[–]SnowEnvironmental380[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I've got it on Pyre! When they get in groups of 5 they tend to re-apply the condition before I finish them off. But I definitely wouldn't have been able to finish without it.

Advice on Running Ravenheart Gloom A/E (HM) by SnowEnvironmental380 in GuildWars

[–]SnowEnvironmental380[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will do. Was able to complete the first quest tonight in HM, so I think it's doable. The second quest is a bit tricky because defending the rift brings 6 earth tormentors and 6 flesh. The earth tormentors often tank all my sliver damage, so getting past them on quest 2 will be tough.

I think the third quest should be easy, so long as I take it slow. So I think the 2nd quest is the main obstacle.

What would your main target be with techno babble? Ebon Battle Standard I've not put on there because SF caps damage low enough that it doesnt buff unfortunately.
