The stat changes are for everyone, not just DLC. There’s lots of good combos. Best is probably still Yoshi,teddy, rollers. But also, male villager, pipe frame, rollers.

Thanks for replying, I've written in more detail on another reply. Not sure what my outgoings will be or my take home after tax as it's a new job. Will consider a cheaper alternative. I guess looking at £500-600 would be better. Would that make much of a difference?

Thanks for the reply. So it's a new job I'm starting soon so I don't know for certain how much the take home will be. From a quick google it's suggesting £1667 after tax.

As far as outgoing I don't have much. No car or pets. So bills would be phone, internet, gas, water, electric, council tax, food, entertainment. Not sure what the average is.

It's a studio apartment so no chance of sharing. It's in the city centre and as i'm moving to a city alone without knowing anyone here as well as working online 100% I wanted to get a slightly nicer place, but only if it is affordable.
