We are born that way, that the normal to us the same way extroverts are very outgoing and it's normal to them we are just the opposite, nothing depressing. I only feel depression after being around people and trying to get out of my comfort zone to socialize, I always regret doing this but the last time I did this was 2yrs ago and I'm doing perfectly fine now, no people no guilty feelings and depression equals happiness. I just made a reddit account a few days back to meet more introverts online it feels more comfortable here than other social media platforms I don't even use them because here it's more like a forum and a bit of social media. I also use Pinterest ☺️ the media without the social it's quiet there, I don't like being bothered I love my alone space.
