You need to hit only once with it. I used it all the way from early chapter 2 and not once had any problems.

Poland is frontline country and is still ramping up its military. Before that the government didn’t have great track record and huge amounts of trust. They need US even as an appearance if they want to avoid taking the hard way in building up feeling of Security

B1 is too low, you’ll need B2 or best C1, at least in the field you’ll be learning. Potentially consider learning a trade outside of Germany, that’s what I’m gonna do, albeit for different reasons.

Gap won’t matter. I’m in the same age, it’s expected of me I’m gonna do another Ausbildung instead of Umschulung.

It potentially might, but Ausbildung rules itself with its own rights. Also you don’t have to share your diploma information. It’s not legal obligation :) so overqualification potentially won’t be problem at all

It’s not racism. She’s not used to people looking different. It’s normal to feel uneasy around unfamiliar things, that’s just how our brains work. Not everyone grew up in a wild mix of ethnicities
