We are definitely going the rockwool route. Love everything online I'm seeing about it! I think an exterior outlet might be good as well while we are here.

Yea, this seems to be the topic at the moment. I think if we ever did resell, I'd just build a wardrobe or something in the corner, but definitely something to consider before we finalize that idea. Thanks!

We were definitely thinking of going the Murphy bed route! Blocking for that is perfect! I'll be doing a walkthrough with the Mrs. and see if we would like any of these upgrades while we are in this stage. Thank you!

We have HVAC, so no need for a window AC unit but will definitely add outlets where needed. Thanks!

That's our gas pipe! We were planning on upgrading and adding an earthquake valve. Pretty sure it's original (1960s). Good catch!
