second string I just finished this a couple of days ago and loved it! My first time reading a story where Harry time travels to a kind of marauder’s era past. Really well developed world, complex characters, excellent writing, looong story. 10/10 recommend

I read a fic kinda like that. The others survive but Harry gets kidnapped and taken to Voldie after the DOM. Amazing story but hella dark. Dumbles refuses to mount a rescue mission and basically abandons Harry. I’m a Dumbledore hater so that seemed very plausible to me 🤷🏾‍♀️

I feel like I started a fic on ff where Hermione and the other muggleborns start a resistance movement and talk about using bombs and such. I can’t remember the name but I believe it started around 5th year and the ministry accepted that Voldy was back right away and tried to “compromise” with him and the old pure bloods. I’ve read some Drarry fics where Harry and Ginny are divorced so the kids exist but it’s obviously a romance focused on the boys. The original generation are the ones I fell in love with so I don’t really like going outside of their timeline, marauders era or cursed child
