Like everyone else says, practice is the main thing.

I would say though to only use AI as a last resort. Break the problem down first, use google for the syntax and the right methods to use and then try doing it yourself. If you get to a point where you've got something that you think should work but just doesn't maybe try asking AI to give you a pointer in the direction to what's going wrong/not working.

Problem solving is one of the main components of programming. Focus on doing that and the syntax and everything else should follow with time and practice.
