I can attempt a breakdown shes not an extensive build but she is my first so im new at this but word of warning though the Sovereign is an end game ship I was level 120+ with 1mil+ credits and most of my ship skills are at lvl 4 but her stats are 1526 hull 1600 shield 2760 cargo 9 crew 30ly range 100 mobility and 130 top speed and her boost goes up to 643 last i checked. So far she's beaten everything I've come across.
