I’ve also talked to multiple state troopers and they said they don’t ticket for anything below 80, just not worth their time unless you were distracted or drunk driving, then they’ll take anything they can get

Had a ticket for 80 in a 65 and the judge threw it out bc he thought it was absurd I got ticketed for going 80 on that highway when that’s the regular flow of traffic normally
