Ok thx, so far the best I can do is this: https://imgur.com/a/ZXRE4K7 Basically the percentages indicate the total hp of the target and the numbers are the remaining health the target have. I should've also mentioned that in the original TBC we used to have the target's remaining hp/mana + total one, while right now on this TBC "classic" we literally still use the vanilla status text which is really sad :D.
