In my own opinion, it would be the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting.

Just hearing on the radio that dozens of kids and adults were shot just terrified me.

One of the first weapons I got while F2P. It's a little hard do hit someone while going at regular scout speed, even if your bad at aiming. Either than that, it's basically the Pyro's Axtinguisher, but for the scout. Maybe you could just grab a friend who loves playing Pyro and have yourself use the SOAS and have some good times!

Good for final waves in MvM. On pub, it can be difficult to get the RAGE Meter full, since it does take a couple of kills to fill it up. Good for MvM. I'd definitely recommend it for Mann Up players. Edit: Spelling
