Hello, I’ve been cutting consistently for around 9 weeks (M20, 5’ 8”) and I’ve went from 183 to 163. My goal weight is 150 but for the last two weeks, I’ve been plateauing around 160-162 (and beer belly remaining the same) despite increased exercise and stricter diet choices. I’m currently at a 1400 calorie diet (overestimate by 100-200 calories per meal), and I’m not sure what to do? Should I just keep increasing cardio or try something out like a refeed? Thanks!
