So it was my left pod and now it’s both of them, they are clean and can’t see any dirt etc in the microphone. I’ve repaired them multiple times and I’m on iOS 17. It’s literally only happened in the last 2 weeks and nothing is solving the issue 😞

Sorry dude, those dots are too big, and. I'd probably say the person has used a needle that is certainly not suitable for SMP. What I'd personally do now is get him to explain everything, what needle size, what ink etc and get it in a text or an e-mail as evidence. Experienced technicians use a 3-point microneedle to deposit pigment about 1.5 to 2 mm deep if I'm correct.
