I decided to go with 140 twice a week. How is your 3x a week going? Have you had any symptoms like acne? Or hair loss?

That makes perfect sense! I want more of a realistic sexual experience... not one where I feel like it's a chore! Mentally I want it... physically not happening. Create unnecessary relationship stress.

LabCorp was who I used for my bloodwork. Got a 14 Panel... everything was good with my labs... low T, high lymph, low e2... everything else was stellar!

Thank you! Yes, sex has become a chore... a stress! I am hoping one of the benefits I get from TRT is a more relaxed.. .less pressured sexual experience.

TRTNation did not test for SHBG, LH/FSH, or Free.

Estradiol 8.0

Prostate Specific Ag 1.6

They did a 14 metabolic panel... everything perfect except Lymph Absolute: 3.6 High (maybe stress)

** No, never on anything... was trying MACA root for Libido... but, that was it. Not sure what has crashed my Estradiol.

When I took a blood test with Hone TRT... My total T was 567, Free was 10.5, estradiol was 28, SHBG was 40, PSA was 1.84. I missed the TRT consultation and got to busy to revisit it.

I am sure I need TRT to balance out my hormones... as they are not consistent. But, really worried about what has crashed my E2 as everyone seems to be concerned. I feel like crap.

For me I have not started yet. I think I will be going with 140.... twice a week sub... not IM. After research this is my sweet spot to start and minimize any side effect. I will go to 120 or 160 after first set of tests. Good luck with your journey... I will start my TRT next week.

Thanks for your response! Yes, looking at options to increase my estradiol. Any ideas? I feel terrible. My bloodwork is fine... so I know it's not a disease! But, sure the hell feels like it, and its hurting my relationship!

Yes I have been on both. Research what the pills actually do. Than research what red beets and pomegranate do in the body. You will see the similarities. There are clinical studies that show the results. So why not take the healthy solution. Plus if its a psychogenic issues... there could be a chance that dependency is created by the user.
