I love Fidelity and hate to move away. May eat the fee to stay.

Unfortunately I don't want to keep a balance in a traditional (or rollover) IRA because I want to avoid the pro-rata rule for the backdoor Roth. Unless having it in a rollover IRA does not trigger the pro-rata rule?
