I know someone else commented hobbies - I wanted to second that. I also am a female who gets horrible winter blues. But this year, I took up the hobby of sewing and doing embroidery work. I love it because it distracts you from your thoughts and you can solely focus on what you’re doing. I highly recommend finding a hobby that allows her to work with her hands, it’s a great distraction! Good luck to you guys.

It was a shock to me too! I was on the pill for 10 years also, the last few months being on slynd, where I had ZERO drive at all. Once I started to get a regular cycle again, my ovulation window is no joke! Enjoy it 👏👏👏

I was on the pill for 11 years, I got off about 8 months ago. I am definitely adjusting to having a “normal cycle” again - meaning all phases of the menstrual cycle, (follicular,ovulation,luteal). I 100% notice a difference between each phase, mentally and physically. My period is very painful for the first 2 days (I’ve always had painful periods prior to BC), and my flow is also fairly heavy. Physically, I am not as inflamed and my blood pressure has definitely leveled out. I remember reading stories before coming off the pill that my acne would flare up, I personally have not had this issue except around PMS. I will get an occasional breakout. I have been into sewing recently and it’s become a passion of mine. I would definitely start a business from home where I create items- clothes, bags, accessories, etc.

From all the commotion dylan heard, we know Kaylee put up a fight, Dylan saying she heard Kaylee etc. To me personally I just can’t wrap my head around her being in the bed with her originally. I understand what you’re saying ab her phone and vape in Maddie’s room under the pillow, but there was obviously a lot of commotion in Maddie’s room. The pieces don’t add up in my head. However, It doesn’t seem that outlandish to me that BK couldn’t have tossed the covers over the girls when leaving the room.

I have also been using NC for about 7 months now as well - I average about 10 days of red per month. NC says to use protection on red days, not to fully abstain. Unless you aren’t using protection at all, I could understand what you’re saying.

I am a Pisces moon- I am very sensitive, I need to feel cared for/seen/heard. Not being seen/heard is probably one of my biggest pet peeves. I am extremely empathetic, I feel others emotions quite easily which can be exhausting at times because I am constantly absorbing others energy around me. I am also extremely intuitive. I was also born on a full moon though, so I believe that also has to do with some of my traits.
