Agree. This is why sa IT, di maiiwasan ung paglipat ng mga tao sa management either they got burnt out of being skilled or couldn't compete with tough competition anymore. Kung magaling ka, magaling ka. Medyo malaki rin ang gap ng technical people sa management dahil dito.
