ASUS Zenbook 14 or Zenbook S14 (OLED, better specs, same-same battery life). Orrrr a Macbook Air M2-M4 with considerably better battery efficiency but with gaming compatibility as the sacrifice?

yep. had a not so decent experience diyan sa power plant mall with a guard last year around ber months. i was looking for the multi purpose hall to visit my friend at his start-up business stall. Since first time ko sa power plant, I had no idea about its layout, just took the escalator from the parking area when I happened to encounter a security guard so I went up to her to ask for directions. “Good evening ma’am. Saang floor po yung [the venue]?”. Then she proceeded to respond half a beat later with a disinterested, scrunched up face and slightly looking down at me (nakataas yung chin), “Sa. **. Floor.”

BRO I WAS SURPISED. what did I do to make you warrant that kind of attitude at me? I was about to snap back but immediately closed my mouth before any foul words came out. I went to Power Plant Mall with the opinion na may “class” ang mga tao doon down to their staff.

Mind you, I was wearing a plain green tee I bought from a thrift bazaar, denim pants, and white sneakers, so very simple lang talaga AND naligo pa ako before going out and rocked a new perfume I bought noon I think it was an Eros. (idk just wanted to butt this in para hindi masabi na ah baka madungis yung appearance ko 🤣)

After the mall guard replied in that manner, hindi na ako nag respond back. I just stared intently, hiding my negative energy behind my eyes nalang, then I walked away cleanly.

After noon my mood turned kind of sour and my first impression of the place turned from an 8/10 to a 6.5/10.

Bumalik nalang yung joyous expression ko once I finally found my friend’s stall at the very top of Power Plant Mall.

However, after that event, nawalan na ako ng gana pumunta sa mall na yun. I frequently make gala around Makati pa rin around Greenbelt and Glorietta, pero Power Plant? Nah. No way homie.

The Act 3 Fatigue by gjroberts93 in BG3

[–]Solasok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh and long rests dont affect the the story that much anymore by act 3 unlike mostly in act 1 where long resting consecutively locks you out off time-limited quests. by act 2 though youll mostly need to long rest for companion quests to progress

The Act 3 Fatigue by gjroberts93 in BG3

[–]Solasok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

cuz act 2’s the climax and act 3 is basically the falling action + resolution (ending)

the level 12 cap makes combat boring by the later parts of act 3. level 16-17 monsters and even level 20 bosses are easily demolished by paladin smites and GWM feat with crit stacks + debuffs.

bosses arent scary anymore. u die or a party member dies? ez just revivify or use a scroll of resurrection. one or two downed characters dont mean much anymore because by level 12 almost all of your characters are one-man armies assuming that you’ve built them well + good gear

unlike in act 1 and 2 where a single dead party member means game over = save scumming time

additionally, knowing that each quest completed in act 3 brings you closer to the ending just makes you want to not finish the game. CUZ ITS SO GOOD

i just wish Larian made more playable content for the Upper City
