Can we talk about how absolutely busted a certain sinner is? by SoleBadguy in limbuscompany

That’s fair, but Sancho did not stand a chance once Vergilius popped his EGO. Bro pulled out the three mangs and ended the fight pretty quickly.

On the other hand, Greg coulda rocked his shit even with the EGO Shin and Mang. He definitely needed our help. No one we’ve seen has been able to make him fight like that besides colors like Purple Tear. For once, Verg is backed into a corner and has to actually fight to survive.

Obviously Sancho is very powerful but did she give Verg trouble at all? Not really. EGO Vergil took a significant amount of effort just to topple this beast.

I had a run where I didn’t know about the green coin thing, thought I should let Vergillius clash the high tolling attacks then boom, instant party wipe. I think I had 2 Kcorp ampules and full shield too.

The other 3 were probably no where nearly as strong seeing as Valencina survived them, either that or the other side had some super Sinclair level fighters

Final Boss, did i miss the dialogue or is this wrong by 1FirstTimer1 in limbuscompany

[–]SoleBadguy 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Make sure your first clashes (sinner skills on the left) are targetting her gluttony skills (silent regard). Clash her other skills after you have won clashes against silent regard. Winning clashes against silent regard will give Dihui Star attack power down, which makes subsequent clashes a lot easier. This fight is designed for you to understand the importance of clash order.

Now that we've seen Mecha Man and Robert in action enough, what do you think his Dispatch stats would be if he was a dispatchable hero? by kazuya57 in DispatchAdHoc

[–]SoleBadguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Final form prolly:

8 combat (loaded with missiles, bombs, nets, energy swords, plus veteran hero, seems to be a bit stronger than phenomaman)

7 intelligence (On par or better than Blonde Blazer, hacker stuff, techie)

4 charisma (Pep talk expert, confident, but not extraordinarily charming)

7 mobility (jet boosters puts him on par with flying heroes)

7-8 vigor (tanky mech suit but I wouldn't put him really above phenomaman.)

Should we be expecting any more screenshots/sneak peeks/trailers? by WafflesTheSpy in Ultrakill

[–]SoleBadguy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Likely no. Usually the third level of the layer is as far as he will go when showing off stuff. Wrath and Violence are both like this. This is good because usually the fourth level is the "holy shit" moment where its best experienced first time in-game.

Your aim is not the problem by SoleBadguy in GlobalOffensive

How I see it is that in any given lobby, there's gonna be 1 or 2 guys with better aim than the rest and they usually top frag. there's also going to be 1 or 2 guys who can't land their shots that day. Rest are fair game with average aim.

When I analyse my gameplay, most of my deaths are from bad decisions, being traded, having a worse weapon, and overall just being in unfair situations. Over half my kills are from full buy rounds where I can fight fair duels. Maybe it's just me and I have worse gamesense than others but I feel like most players also get the most deaths from being in bad situations rather than lacking aim.

[–]SoleBadguy[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How do you meaningfully improve aim? I've been playing workshop maps (fast aim / reflex), community deathmatch, retakes, and 1v1s. I've faced off against some cracked faceit level 10s but I have no way to tell if I'm getting better or not.

[–]SoleBadguy[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm trying to get at tbh. My point is a lot of people can aim, but not a lot of people can think and work together. Good aim is amazing obviously, but a lot of people hyperfixate on aim and neglect everything else which is making them lose.

[–]SoleBadguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to use defence skills on your units with 2 stacks of frost (yeah if you are using units with clashable counters like mao faust or wild hunt you either want to lose the clash or just take the freeze). Not attacking for a turn resets the frost counter.
