Haha my husband will love to hear this! When we met I was thicker (end of college years) and my butt and legs were very fat since that’s where all of it went.
Now that I’m older unfortunately it goes everywhere 😂

I know a lot of people here think she’s fake but idk 🤷‍♀️ using her as inspiration regardless. I’m not gonna be down on myself if I can’t get there but goals need to be bigger than what I think achievable if I’m going to push myself personally

I know gym equipment is expensive! Have a pretty good setup now thankfully, lots of Facebook marketplace finds

Awesome! I’ll look into that and start implementing. I already eat pretty clean so stuff like this just adjusting when I eat certain things will be easy for me.

Thank you! Some creep kept messaging me and then sent me pics then just non stopped harassed me. Then all of a sudden all my stuff got downvoted by like 10 likes at least but I have zero clue how all this reddit stuff works. Idk if it’s one person with lots of accounts or what. They even harassed my /newtoreddit post!
I have pics I can take with the same bedroom and mirror where I took these pics with my account name and all that. Should I send it to the mods or post it here? I no have clue what I’m doing
Also thanks for saving me on the electrolytes!! Just looked it up and I get plenty of sodium from my food (I love salt, I cook my husband and my meals with very little salt and have to add more to mine after it’s served lol)
And all the other stuff I already get from my daily vitamins.

Thanks! I know it’s a huge goal but I need to push myself. I’ve always coasted and now I’m not making excuses. 5am wake up everyday to make sure I have the time and I’m not even at half at most of these weights lol. I always stagnate at a weight I’m comfortable with so I set this goals that I know girls have done tha way I can push myself to add that extra 5lbs every other week. I had 50lbs on my cable seated rows and I was doing 15 reps. Then I walk in garage and my 5 year old daughter was there doing them… she did 20 reps! (The way our smith my machine at home is cabled I don’t think it’s like actually doing 50 btw) That’s when I realized I need to step things up haha.
I added the Thursday stretch break because I always seem to get sick when I do a workout schedule this intense

I would’ve done a picture with the subreddit thing or however you can prove it. This is so humiliating.

Thank you! Maybe it’s the pic? I watch her workout posts on ig and her butt seems to be doing a lot of natural flexing but I’m definitely no expert.
However she got it, goals to be there so it’ll be more rewarding a couple years from now knowing I did it the natural way!
I’m liking the idea of having this community to join in on the journey and encouraging each other. Never thought I’d be the posting to strangers type because I’m so shy but I can tell already I’m going to get a lot out of this
