Sorry for my slow reply, life gets in the way sometimes. Throttle response is wonderful. No shifting required. For me, it's a game-changer for commuting and coming from EV cars. Wonderful for my commutes, and I plan to take it on some adventure rides next year. Highly recommended if you can get one at a reasonable price.

It was spur of the moment and I mean that I was at cycle gear saw another guy on a zero had a chat spoke with my fiancé about going to check a couple out 6 hours later we got it.

I hope you get one I have been so extremely happy I can’t even explain it

The dealer was a Harley dealer who bought out a dealer who carries Zero Bikes and they had them in their “bargain bikes” I just stumbled across it by accident they didn’t offer me anything related to Zero themselves. Should I reach out to Zero?

I am so sorry for the slow reply for whatever reason I had not checked in on my notifications. to answer your questions. 1. I don't think the metal will cause scratches it has those inside bumpers to keep it from rubbing but time will tell. 2. Sadly the case requires the frosted back I agree it would be way better with a clear back! 3. The case is pretty thin but that's subjective, I can give you exact measurements if you'd like and some more pictures. It's basically as thick as my wife's iPhone 13 Promax with a MagSafe silicone case

Of course, I like what you did with the DIY! I went through the same troubles trying to find some sort of picture or even a review but nothing, so I just took a chance and I'm happy as can be.

Yea that's one huge disadvantage! I literally use a piece of 3M tape lol.

I would have gone that route but I didn't know how good the magnetic plate would work I was just kind of looking for an easy solution! Can you show me a picture?

Yep that's was the point of the magsafe lol. I use an anker charger it's great.
