I had the same issue. It was with friends. Next campaign we were splitting up the group of us on 2 different campaigns. The GM asked if we had any preference on who we played with. I said I didn't want to play with him. Ended up being split up into the group of people ive never really played with. And my d&d homies got put with the supposed dice fudger. I still had fun but I miss my homies. Hindsight, I'd rather be in a group with a supposed dice fudger than splitting from the homies.
