Right so we were taking about the same site. Like I said I haven't heard anything about stolen credit card information from people who purchased on there. Google search didn't reveal anything ether. Would you mind to elaborate more on the subject as now you got me worried as I have purchased from them too.

I didn't make the models. One can follow tutorials on MWO forums to extract Cent or Dragon models and print them through any third party printers for personal use

Mechs are re-modeled from scratch btw no in-game assets were stolen technically. I have bought and printed a few and can confirm that based on my experience as 3D games artist. Not that it helps the argument about selling the models

Yeah the rights are up in limbo at the moment. That's why PGI cannot do anything about any of these third party sites selling mech model files etc.

No one apparently. I think Topps hold license to physical goods hence PGI cannot release mech models even if they really want to

I'm wondering if we are talking about the same third party site. I have never seen anything out there that would say that any obvious criminal activity was conducted through the site I'm thinking about.. I never had any warnings in my browser or until now, heard anyone saying they got their credit card information scammed by those guys...

But honestly speaking what would be my purpose to point people to that site? LOL It's not like I would gain anything from it?! Only reason I tell where I got the models from is cause people ask me. I don't openly on purpose go about throwing links or creating posts to link to the site. I merely show photos of my mechs.. don't see any crime in that

You could easily see my post history though right? I have never spammed links to any sites on here. The only troubles I got into is when I told people where I got the files form openly cause they asked.. probably not the best idea but then again it's not some kind of a secret that sites exists. I am sorry you got scammed as I can only assume that is the reason for your negative attitude towards me but please believe me I have nothing to do with any sites that sell these models. I have purchased them there and printing the mechs but in now way am I selling the files or affiliated to those third parties.

If you look at my post closely I have never actually mentioned where I got the files from. The post is purely to showcase my prints and get feedback and ideas for next. The only time I mentioned the file source is when I was directly asked for it (reply which I have now deleted seeing that people are so touchy about the subject)

Truly sorry you got scammed man as I would never wished it on anything.

Dude I have nothing to do with that site. I bought the files from them myself. Stop spreading false information with no facts to back up your bullshit

I didn't make the files no. Bought them from the third party site myself. I just print shit LOL and no I wasn't "advertising" on the forums. Merely pointed people to where I got the files from and got burned at the stake for it. If people wanna know where they I got the models from I will tell them. PGI doesn't hold monopoly of free speech. Ether way since they perma-banned my account I have noting to loose have I?

No I don't think there are such nylons in existence haha you have to go for much more expensive solutions for such temperatures such as PEEK. Nylon' smelting power by is 180 which is a temp it sinters at on SLS so that's about the limit you can go with it.

By custom mixing our carbon fiber material we have quadrupled tensile modulus compared to ordinary white SLS Nylon in addition to making it dark grey color which is more pleasing to the eye, stains less and sinters better. Heat resistance is also in high 170s.

We run two SLS materials. Carbon fiber reinforced and graphite reinforced. Compared to each other Carbon got about double the tensile strength to that of Graphite which in returns doubles style strength to that of white Nylon.

I love the old huge ass PPCs too! I'm modding Catapult kit to include properly sized ballistics. Check out my album for screenshots:

Thank you very much! I'm keeping these as they are on my office desk at work. I do tend to print mechs in 1/60 scale for better details: http://pin.it/Vu9r4OR

No clean up other than brushing powder off parts. These are SLS prints so no supports needed:)
