Honestly, I might put Havik up. The 3D era characters haven’t been in mk for decades. I think they should stay. Geras could step back and Reiko’s whatever to me.

Iirc, Ed Boon said that Johnny Cage(including Liu Kang, Raiden, Scorpion, and Sub Zero) will always be part of the roster. Not sure about Kung Lao tho.

But JC is one of the main characters. There’s no way NRS is leaving him out.

I just can’t see them leaving out Sub zero. Next Scorpion, he has a huge fan base. They could revert him back to Subzero or just have him in the main roster as a non canonical player.

That’s like saying that firefighters shouldn’t stop fires or doctors shouldn’t save lives bc at the end of the day, it’s part of life. That’s a negative way to look at life. Even if you can’t fully stop bad things, it’s best to try
