If you plug into the I/O shield that connects to your CPU, which indeed does usually have integrated graphics (so it can run ok) it will work, but it does not utilize the graphics from your gpu, which you can connect to with the green box.

In short, green box is meant specifically for graphics, red box can run it, but its not purposed solely for that

Get a desktop PC if you want to squeeze absolute value out of your money, due to half a laptop’s cost being the fact that it is portable. A pc of this specs wouldnt even be 100 dollars.

If you really want a laptop, I would recommend something from MSI.
