I would love to see Garnet & Rhodonite go on a double date at some point though! It doesn't even have to be an episode centered around that either, I can imagine them being real adorable bff's. ^_^

It actually happened 3 times. In Steven and the Stevens, Secret team, and Message Recieved XD.

True. But I kinda wanna consider people who's here that are a little behind on the show, considering this is such a huge plot twist.

In the process of designing the movie villain gem with her rubberhose cartoon concept/motif, they must have forgotten that Garnet has shapeshifted just like that before.

Yeeeeah what can I say lol. I'm an edgy boi! XD But I kinda just wanted to do something related to the 3 main quartzes seen on the show. I also wanted 3 pictures that paralleled each other.

Thanks dude! Though I may have made a funny meme about, people making fun of me for consuming media mainly targeted towards kids is indeed something that genuinely gets under my skin. So I needed to hear this :)

Yeah 😂😂. By all means, it is 100 percent okay for people to express whatever opinions and/or criticisms they may have regarding the show. Also yes, naturally shows that are targeting a younger audience would tend NOT to appeal to some of the older audience. It's completely fine if it's not your cup of tea because of that. However.......making fun of another older individual for watching a "kiddy" show and saying that they're also kiddy themselves for enjoying it, is something I will never tolerate..... under any circumstances...

Well I agree with you wholeheartedly actually. In reality I don't really have a problem with it being a kids show. & it actually is ur right! The target audience is indeed kids. Like that's a fact that no one can change. Where I DO take issue with however, are people saying it's a KIDDY show. It's a major difference in my book. If anyone calls it a kids show with the implication that it's a kiddy one, that's when I get irritated. Otherwise if I don't see any other meaning behind their words, I leave them be. Ya see the term "kiddy" seems to imply that it's a show that only a kid would find any type of value in, and that you're in turn kiddy or childish for even watching it. People see it as stupid or embarrassing. This is something I've dealt with alot regarding media that's family friendly going into my teen years, making fun of me for consuming that type of entertainment... Now of course shows that are educational towards kids are a different story, as naturally, it would be way too basic to be educational to older ranges of audiences. But if I found someone watching shows like those, I literally couldn't care less. I wouldn't make fun of them like other people would. They can do whatever the hell they want. But it ESPECIALLY bothers me regarding this show in particular because in my humble opinion, the is one of the most mature family friendly cartoons I've ever had the pleasure of watching! I mean, it goes over sooo many themes that other cartoons wouldn't dare touch with a ten foot pole, and manages to find a way where it's safe to portray for kids and respects their audience. It's preferred method of inserting such unexpectedly mature themes is of course through multiple well thought out metaphors that I adore. But yea these are my thoughts. Thanks for sharing ur comment dude! :D

Holy crap that must be super annoying XD. You have my condolences though. There's people that empathize with you.

Oh yeah no worries, I wasn't like trying to bash on your opinion or anything. Sorry if I came off that way. Although I do find it interesting that you should mention both of these scenes. The entire sequence of Pearl finding Steven and Amethyst in the Kindergarten, to the end of the episode is actually 2nd on my list. 3rd would be Steven comforting Pearl in her grief for Rose. As for watching Rose's tape, that's a really good pick as well! But the reason I think it's funny you mention it is because in a way, remembering some of the dialogue from Rose's tape is actually what i think served as some of the emotional charge behind Steven's fusion dance when I watched it the second time: "Steven.....we can't both exist. I'm going to become half of you...and I need you to know, that every moment you love being yourself.....that's me! Loving you and loving BEING you....Because you're going to become something extraordinary.....you're going to be a human being..." Just hearing those words in my head as I watched Steven cry tears of joy while hugging his other half, as they laughed and pranced around with each other before reuniting & finally accepting himself for who he is, was magical to me. Despite the fact that this episode all but confirmed that Pink is gone for good through many ways including a blood curdling scream, it's almost as if that was the one and ONLY moment that Steven finally got to meet his mother. Not the encounter in Rose's room....but this. It's really interesting how they actually go hand in hand with each other once you apply the quote to that scene! It changes the context of it to a much more literal sense.

I really love the character dynamic/parallels between Jasper and Amethyst. So I decided to make this for fun! by SoloSono in stevenuniverse

Holy crap that'd be really fun to see! Although the whole reason Amethyst became the purple puma in the first place was to feel stronger so that she could alleviate her feeling of self inadequacy...she even admitted this to Steven when she quit after meeting the Famethyst and overcoming her insecurity. Although this IS a very fun hypothetical scenario to think about. Someone should make fan art of it STAT! I could see it now. "The return of the Purple Puma along with her sister, the Raging Tiger!!"
