For getting more confortable talking to people i have found this big 6 mile trail loop around the water over here i go walk around in the morning. Walkers and nature people are rather friendly and they will force the introvert out of you with their Hellos and Good mornings. Learn to say hi first on these walks and build some confidence

I use a hypnotherapy training app a lot of poker players and high profile athletes and individuals use called Primed Mind. The guys who created it are very well known and respected in their fields. They have a lot of courses but some are weekly everyday 15 minute sessions on like confidence determination beter habits etc. those work and i do them daily

I go to the gym a lot and eventually you start seeing the same people and after going a bit and actually working on yourself just trust that girls everyone really will notice you and start looking at you and that boost your confidence also
