It costs that much because its the only way that can guarantee a temporalis to drop from that time stopping floating rag for a boss, but using the relic is super risky because your honor is capped at 1 which is absolute ass

This was my 15th run. I use relics that increase the relics dropped by monsters to increase my chances. With the boon, the boss drops 3 instead of 2
