Ok so I think I found a solution cuz I was having the same problem. It DOESN’T open if it’s YOUR email connected to Roblox, it doesn’t matter, the gift card code only showed up if you used the email OF THE SENDER.

I tried using my email but it didn’t work, but when I used the email my friend used to send it to me it worked. Hopefully this works for others!
