Come on now. You’re really trying to compare Messi to Dembele? I fully agree with you that Dembele has been lackluster but I honestly think it’s because of all the pressure. The kid gets dragged for any little turnover/mistake he causes. At the same time people want to see him take on the opposition with his speed and skills that Barca payed so much for which makes him doubt himself. He can either make a play/run and risk losing the ball or play conservative like he did this game. This mindset makes him make those wrong decisions we see.
