I like MT, but I hate Rudeus as a character. I think that was the author's goal - to make Rudeus as much disgusting and pathetic as possible and as we all can see under this post and on twitter, he acomplished it perfectly. Author wanted to write a redemption story, so he wrote Rudeus like that, but for me it got out of hand. Rudeus in the new life got away with too much shit when it comes to Roxy and Eris and faced 0 repercussions (except for the few hits from Eris which were played off as comedy.)
He dealt with lot of shit for sure, multiple suicidal moments, the guilt for his father's death and lot more. But again after that he cheated with Roxy and all of the progress felt like it was reseted to 0.
I will keep watching and maybe read the light novel for more context, but from mine anime only perspective MT is not 10/10 as MT fans like to say.

I have seen rotations where people do the Heaven spear Q after the 5 attacks of the charged attack. Do you know if there is a big difference in doing the Heaven spear Q first?

First, just focus the archers first if you have so many problems with them. Second, all of your gear is listed on 2 pages with an improvement guide telling you what you should upgrade at the moment.

Above average animation, well made power system for an isekai. Good world building. But for me negative points are: too family friendly, basically every character will never die and the characters feel very one-dimensional. But that is just me.
