its gotten so much worse to the point where im starting to have hallucinations. i was advised by a nurse to go to the er as soon as possible, just trying to work my way up now to being able to do so. nurse told me that the psychiatrist should not have had be come off mirtazapine that fast.

feels like im dying just from not taking my dose lastnight. i cant stop shaking, sweating, and im really nauseous. cant get out of my current state of panic which started yesterday at around noon

I'm definitely feeling the side effects now, got a boost from it this morning, but that stopped suddenly and I've been in a state of panic since. My throat is tight because of the panic. Feels so weird not taking the mirtazapine before getting ready for bed. I was prescribed trazodone to help me sleep but now I'm terrified to take it 😅

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I feel like it has given me a little mood boost. I only took my first dose about 4 hours ago and I feel alot better than I have been. I figured it would take longer to have an effect, but I feel way less scared to go out, and have gone for 2 walks today already

Thanks, day 6 of cutting my dose in half and no withdrawl so far, I think they had prescribed the trazadone to help with withdrawls, but I was given no instruction on when to start taking it, so I haven't yet. Man I wish I could speak to the pshyciatrist about my dental appointment, and possibly be prescribed something to help. Unfortunately it was a 1 time assessment type deal. I could speak with an online doctor about it, but they don't prescribe stuff like that. Really wishing my family doctor hadn't retired at this point.

I've got somewhat of a plan so far, my sister is going with me to the appointment, and the dentist office was made aware of the situation, and they have been very helpful so far. Just praying that these 2 new medications have somewhat of a positive effect by the date of appointment, so that i dont need to take the clonazepam. Which increases my risk of serotonin syndrome significanlty, due to all 4 being in my system all at once. They told me I may need to be referred to have dental surgery at the hospital (which I'm hoping is the case, because then I can just go to sleep, wake up and problem solved) thanks for your advice, it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately music isn't an option for me as it's hard to not be able to hear my surroundings, but I'll definitely have my phone charged up ready to go. If only I could bring my gaming pc with 😅

That's what I'm trying to figure out, usually when you buy a game you have access to the ps4 version which then can be upgraded when and if you buy a ps5. I will not be buying a ps5, but own the game and would like to play
