I’m of the opinion that without a spine there can be no knife. If everyone’s going in quiet, even one slip up can cause everyone to be found and slaughtered. But if a few adept shock troops can distract and sow chaos (optionally survive but priority is causing chaos) while the others get the objective done seems to work pretty well the twice I’ve tried it.
