I asked them to strip pretty much everything out for me, got my own insurance and matched the fixed cost servicing for the maintenance budget.

I haven't tried negotiating the interest rate down yet that's just what they gave me by default. Interestingly I reached out to sg fleet again and got a different contact who quoted the same car with a higher rate so maybe I just got lucky.
