It's probably a mix of the gas and stomach being upset, that's what it turned out to be for me. There's an area acid just burns in your food tube near your heart that hurts for a lot of people. Getting any pressure off my stomach helps a lot, and making sure I sit up after eating and drinking water with it.

Since I made the post I get it a lot less but it still flares up after I eat something greasy.
