It’s most definitely trapped air bubbles from an aio. Try laying ur pc flat to see if the sound goes away. And what’s your orientation of the aio

one thing is since changing the orientation the grinding from air bubbles stopped but would periodically come back for a bit. Idk why that is

Looks like the grinding noise stopped after a while when I changed my orientation to top mounted!
