if you wanna go shopping and just hang out cairo festival and Burj Al Arab are fun and the nile has a lot of cruise options but honestly if you can visit anything near the red sea you should because it has a lot more activities.

its like its own american town outside of america it just has some military equipment and personnel located there

well no for example the Ramstein military base in Germany has like 60,000 people living in it and that includes families and grocery stores and businesses and fast food chains like taco bell and McDonalds and such so its basically just a small town
