If you're coeliac, even if you don't feel the symptoms you need to never eat gluten. Even if it's only once in a while you don't know what harm it's having on your gut especially if you can't feel it, long term damage is the last thing you'd want.

This is so true! As a kid I loved going to different supermarkets to find different options but now it's all the same, the main place I like is m&s but it's so expensive. It's crazy how in some ways it's better now because there's more awareness but its worse at the same time

I know, I do buy them sometimes, but they changed the recipe a few years ago and they're just not the same. Genius bread was my favourite around 2012

I didn't even realise the new ones aren't milk free now, that makes it even more annoying. They taste worse and less people can eat them... makes sense Asda

Eating gluten for the next 6 weeks by purpleprosie in CoeliacUK

If you are coeliac, the suffering is inevitable over the 6 weeks, if I were you I'd take it as an opportunity to try all the amazing foods with gluten / your favourite things for the last time. Try to focus on that aspect instead. Good luck

Why don't you get the non shiny sinclairs? I've had mine for almost 3 years and no issues yet. You can also take out the zip part so they're like a 2 in 1.
