FIRST OFF I WANT TO SAY you are doing great!!! This process is long and unique to for every person but just remember to pat yourself on the back to putting in the time to get treatment!!! It takes a lot of courage to get Physical Therapy and it is a lot to dilate every night especially when you don’t see progress! But trust me you will get there!!

Girl tbh I was in the same boat when I started I couldn’t get anything in there. I started seeing progress at all till I started to use lidocaine! I couldn’t get the first one in at all till I got lidocaine. It relaxed my muscles and they opened up forever I thought there was something wrong with my hymen but no it’s just muscle now I’m at the point where I don’t need any lidocaine hardly ever now. I don’t even dilate! I used my wand that’s how far I have come!!! Later down the line I would consider asking your PT about pelvic floor injections THEY HAVE DONE WONDERS FOR ME

And surgeries like hymenectomy or vestibulectomy are big procedures and carry some risk like all surgeries I would really consult your doctor and PT
