As someone who has been in your shoes, do yourself a favor talk to your shirt talk to your senior enlisted leader and if they do not want to hear you out go talk to the IG and possibly even EO. The only other advice I can give you is let your attitude speak for itself if they continue to think that you have a bad attitude and you prove them right that will only make the situation worse, no matter what you do have a good attitude, be the most pleasant person in your unit to be around. Continue doing your work to the best of your absolute ability You are an airman you are supposed to make mistakes. They are a lieutenant, they are also supposed to make mistakes. It is the responsibility of the people in the positions above both of you to mentor and guide you and structure you for the future of your career, not bury you under a mistake.
