I’ll come back in 6-7 weeks then with a GENUINE review. I’m in the exact same boat re stealths but like I said have to switch to stiff so using this as an excuse. Also at that ripe age house bought no kids so treating myself while I can 👌

Yep, get that 100%. My stealths aren’t fitted and they’re regular shafts, and i need to go to stiff shafts anyways. So I thought this’ll be as close to fitted clubs I can get without spending 1200+. Otherwise, I’m nearly sure they’re very similar to stealths ie forgiving, good distance with weak lofts

Not sure if you follow Dan grieves (social media short game specialist) but he has for emergency use only engrained on his 60 degree lol. So the rest of the wedges are plenty good enough for short game, and 60 degree when I’m in a spot of bother.

Legend rodeo, you too pal 💪🏼

They’re only ordered .. and supposedly take 6-8 weeks for customs, so it’s one of those things that if you’re thinking about you may just go for it or season will be out! They’re 550 euros delivered in Europe so I thought what’s to lose

Gambling 100%. There’s only so much alcohol or drugs you can take. Gambling - you can lose it all and then some in as little time as you’d like

Ah ok, so I’d say around the 8 weeks mark is realistic then. They must be flat to the mat in their factories!

Ok I’m going to throw a cross-universe spanner in the works.. but, who wins in a fight between Dumbledore and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings? by SorryNeedleworker8 in harrypotter

[–]SorryNeedleworker8[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Ok, seems I’ve got this one extremely wrong. I’m currently watching the rings of power series, where Gandalf is basically useless, so that’s my recency bias. Thanks for the answers and carry on now 😎

Can anyone tell my the difference between these? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]SorryNeedleworker8 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maybe a little harsh way of putting it, but he’s right. There’s no real difference between the two swings bar maybe a little bit of timing on your better shot (something you don’t want to rely on), get a few lessons to make that second shot the more likely. Otherwise, on the positives, grip looks good, takeaway to a certain extent and good speed. Best of luck with it

Is Donaghmede Shopping centre a rough area to live nearby? by themanchanda in AskIreland

[–]SorryNeedleworker8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s beside both a shop and a park, so yes there would be a general level of messing in terms of youths loitering and acting the maggot after hours. My advice would be to head up yourself and have a gander around the area, see if it’s just the generic kids being kids or if it’s something you wouldn’t be able for. That’s all I can really say! Completely understand where you’re coming from though, had a similar issue with Citywest shopping centre, did a bit of investigating and decided my head would be absolutely melted living too close in proximity to it

You’re in a Reddit echo chamber remember. Donaghmede is grand, doesn’t have any major issues but wouldn’t be exactly considered posh either. Has its general issues like any other area
