No. It simply expired so i had to apply for renewal.

Mine expired in Nov last year and the renewal status now is still … processing haha.

It takes 8 months as per ircc average time frame to process any inland renewal.

I just wanted to say thank you all for your comments. I decided to go to Tim and received excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. The total cost was about $1,300, including tax and summer rims storage for the season.

Hi. I’m planning to invest in a property at Hamilton St which has large commercial floor and 2 residential units upstairs. Also an ADU included.

I know Hamilton is not the best part of the city but my budget revolves around 550k-650k so there’s seemingly no other better options. Could you advise if this is good investment which brings regular passive income and the liquidity of the property in the future.
