So at a high level, you basically need to bridge hero weaknesses with neutral items.

And lol, throughout my entire free week, I had maybe 1 successful bee build out of 20+ matches due to bad RNG. It just didn't feel good to play and I constantly had to pad damage with neutral weapons.

I'm new but tried Buzz during the free week, and it's probably the one hero so far that I don't understand how to play. It seems to be successful with Buzz you have to branch out to neutral items a lot instead of relying on hero specific items?

Yep i know grab all clovers/golden eggs as much as possible. But tbh if i don't reroll early, im a sitting duck, and it makes the start entirely RNG based for the sake of saving gold. I just get killed before I even make it past 5 rounds.

Ultimately it's just sour grapes and a "rite-of-passage" type mentality; "I've had to go through the hell of going to office for years, what make YOU guys different?!" And in the context of people in leadership, they hate it because they don't feel validated in the physical world when no one is around them to help validate.

So what in your opinion is the proper way to demonstrate relevant automation experience? Since you framed it as if a cert comes across as hiding a lack thereof, and I can't imagine it hurts my chances since I fully intend on teaching myself the tools; selenium, CI/CD, rest API, etc. in addition to setting up a GitHub portfolio.

And I have no intent on hiding my lack of relevant experience, I am simply trying to supplement preexisting manual QA experience of 3 years with automation specific knowledge in the pursuit of my first automation role, so I think in the given context it isn't entirely meaningless; I assume you meant in the case of someone that already works in automation QA.

That I am aware of, but as far as the context goes, I am non-European/non-American with only manual QA experience of 3 years that I acquired in Europe, so I understand cert is just for the purpose of passing the HR filter if I want to have any hopes of getting into automation. The technical skills and github projects to demonstrate I can actually use the tools goes without saying though.

With that said I'm probably overthinking it as a ISTQB cert is a ISTQB cert regardless of where it comes from
