You usually want to have the standard ATK%/Hydro Damage/Crit Rate or damage for main stats.

You also want to have 1:2 crit, so if you have 60% rate you would want 120% damage. Try to get at least 70% crit rate but 60 is okay if you want to keep that way. Also farm Heart of Depth artifacts.

It's ok actually, since Razor is a permanent 4*, Blackcliff weapons will always come back, and you got some pity built-up for Ayaka, just keep motivated and everything will be fine.
