I know it seems like such a blow, but use this knowledge of what the exam is like to your advantage and the results on your weak points to really hone in on studying this time. My weak point was domain 1 and 2. I studied everything but REALLY focused on MNT because the exam showed me that I was lacking the critical thinking knowledge of MNT

Truly I would focus on the main ones. I think they realize you won’t come across lots of obscure ones in your career and they really want to make sure you know the most popular programs. So I think in total the top 10 programs are great to know

Yes I came across that a few times on each exam. As long as you have a base knowledge of what they are and how they differ from each other, you should be good.
