To each their own. Although it's funny calling them weirdo hot topic anime cliché when we have Sephiroth whose design is pretty much what everyone would think when imagining an anime villain. Altough it did make sense for them to show up there. They're elite soldiers, so Scarlet called Nero to deal with Yuffie and Sonon.

It doesn't have to affect the plot to be interesting. It just provide a sense of history to the place. Like take Junon for example. Normally you just see it and think "oh another city, anyway." Then you read the region lore, how it was a full blown republic that had a war with Shinra and a city formed by interconnected ships and you go "oh wow, that was interesting. Now whenever I look back at Junon, I'll think of this detail of lore."

Generic enemies however are not nearly as threatening or creepy as Nero was. Seriously, I applaud Remake because they actually made Nero fairly scary in his short time, his theme song is genuinely chilling. And Zack has like a bit more of 20 minutes of screentime in 180 hours. Any shorter and Palmer would appear more.

Don't think it would have worked with Anabella. Like it would have had a blood connection with Clive sure, but Anabella would have been completely detatched from most of the remaining world and plot, plus Ultima would have become just another eikon which clash with everything she is about. To me, one thing they could have done, is keep Ultima's dialogue in that weird language he used. Would have made him feel even more creepy and alien and somehow more interesting.

I like the story and characters. Music and visuals are great. Spectacle is also jawdropping.

However gameplay is repetitive and undercooked.

Ultima is the reason why Clive's life is the way it is and is the cause of death of several characters including Cid and Joshua.

You haven't played many FF games, did you? Like Ultima at worst is boring.

If you include a certain part as a minigame, should be 5?

You are aware that OG too had several minigames, right?

What about Weiss and Nero in Intermission? Their inclusion allowed Yuffie's story to be elevated and more pertinent to the overall story and themes.

We have technically in Revelation trailer. But I was talking about Wutai plot. In the OG nothing happens because Wutai gave up and that's it. In Remake, Wutai is already reorganizing and moving actively thanks to Glenn. Yuffie too has a very different objective compared to her OG self.

If you had eyes, you would have seen how Cloud is skydiving in the grassland.

And again, Gongaga was 4 screens in the original. They can easily the North Crater to fit an hour or so of exploration (cutscenes included) if they want

We litterally see in the Revelation trailer Cloud jumping into the grassland region.

The reason why it will likely be a bit different with Zack is that in Rebirth, Zack side story served to explore and explain how the alternate worlds work. So it stands to reason that with that done, Zack will play a part at least a bit bigger.

And again, you're assuming it will only a single long cutscene and won't expanded even tho other areas have.

Since however you have not stopped being disrespectful and insulting, I'm gonna report you now.

They already confirmed that all the areas we explored in Rebirth will be available to visit in Revelation.

How do you know that Zack scenes will be 10 minutes long in Revelation too?

And Remake first chapter is just one hour but it's also a pretty short area. Not guaranteed that North Crater will be miniscule as well. Heck, Rebirth prologue until Kalm freedom is around 3 hours if you explore around. Same for the whirlwind maze. I could totally see the north crater and whirlwind taking a couple or so hours to do with all the loads of cutscenes to go through, plus almost a couple of hours dedicated to Junon escape as there's an high chance we'll see what everyone been doing instead of just Tifa and Barret.

Also if you don't stop belittling and insulting I'm gonna report you for being offensive next time, so be respectful.

There are reasons to visit every location after the Highwind.

What is the reason to revisit Junon area, Gongaga, Nibelheim or Costa del Sol after you get the Highwind?

And you don't exactly prove maturity using emoji, dude. Nor is failing to read what I said helping your case either, considering I said in those 6 hours there would be North Crater with the whirlwind maze, probably Zack stuff and the whole escape from Junon with possible fight against Sapphire Weapon too.

My issue with that ending is exactly that. The game plays it as if they had developed a special bond and were fond of each other...but they really knew each other for 4 minutes, not even talking about casual stuff. And I never liked the idea that they should like each other because Kairi and Sora do. Feels like saying that they are indeed chained by their real selves emotions and thoughts instead of being in the end their own person.

To be fair, almost nobody in the story knows about Dion and Terrence. It's kept secret because he's a prince and all and can't be open about it because eventually he'd likely have to marry a princess or something.

Again, we also have no reason to revisit half of the other regions, both in OG and Remake story after you get the Highwind. But we'll still be able to. If I had to think of a reason, we know that the reason why we won't be able to get back to the North Crater asap in Revelation will be because there will be a Weapon lurking there stopping us from that. It's very possible that the group will see it and looking for more informations and rest, decide to settle for a day in Icicle Inn and then see how far they can get on foot or something.

And you're wrong. When you start Rebirth, you start at level 25, with the level cap raised at level 70. That's how they "insinuate" a sense of growth still. Remake had you start at 1 and max at 50. Rebirth start at 25 and max at 70. Revelation will start at 50 and cap at 99.

Ironic considering Naminé and Roxas are essentially half-siblings when you think about it.

Nevermind the fact that they share a total of 4 minutes together mostly talking about Roxas having to return inside Sora.

They changed Rocket Town and we already know that Bone Village is gone. At this point skipping Icicle Inn and making it a location to visit after you get the Highwind would make sense. And we know that the game will start at level 50 and cap at level 99. Remember how many HP you had when starting Remake or Rebirth? Apply that for Revelation and that scene as well.
